Coppertone Nevah

Normally, Nevah does not wear clothing. Being a feral 'vee, she's not used to the concept of clothing. Adapting to such things are hard for an Eevee girl who has just transformed into an anthropomorphic Eevee.
Looks like turning "anthro" has its challenges, and one is learning how exactly those clothes work! Nevah is having a bugger of a time with that skirt--why, it can't seem to keep everything covered at all!

The outfit was meant to be based in part off of the old outfit Brittany the Chipette wore in the old 80's Chipmunks cartoon. The big bow was put there by request. n.n
