.:Celes the Shiny Dragonair:.

A recently developed character of mine. I suppose it would be silly to say "Ohh, I secretly have had this character in storage since forever ago and felt it was time to bring her to the stage!" In fact, that's definitely not the case. I DO in fact have a Dratini-line of OC's, Diago, Di'dae, and a female Dragonite I can't recall the name of at this time But regardless, Celes was developed for a special purpose, and has since become her own character in the making. ^^

Age: ??? (I'm still deciding, but she is intended to appear in her early 20's)
Eyes: Blue, with Pink shimmer to them

Mate: Long the Dragonite
Bio: Born and raised in the Pokemon world, Celes comes from the same world as several of my other characters.  The world itself does not currently have a name, nor does the region itself, but the locations in said world do in fact have names...and the world itself expands as the story does as well. ^^ Celes was born and raised along the Deep Blue Cliffs, at the north-westernmost part of the region she comes from.  The cliffs themselves are home to a slew of Dragon-type, Water-type, and even the occasional Charmander-line of Pokemon!  Growing up, she was a very nurturing creature, and looked out for other Pokemon, ensuring everyone was safe, sound, and well taken care of. She sort of became the "big sister" of the group, and tended to look after the baby Dratini hatchlings while their parents were busy helping maintain the cliffs.  Thus as you can see, Celes has a very warm and open heart, and is very open to others. You can count on her to help you out on a bad day. ;w;  She is also mated to the Dragonite named Long, with whom she shares a bond as mates, lovers, and possibly something a bit more someday. ;3
